APARTMENT
This two-room apartment consists of 2 rooms, a bedroom and a room with kitchen and living room, plus a terrace.
It is located on the second floor of the Residence Panorama on the left entering the private car park. The bedroom, which is very spacious, has 3 beds, 1 double plus a single bed. From the bedroom (very large) you can access the terrace overlooking Mount Pelmo (splendid view). There is no shortage of many amenities available including a table with workstation in the room. Prominent element: 2 large sofas in warm blue velvet, one of which can be transformed (if needed) into a comfortable bed with mattress and slats. Recently restored, the apartment in complete mountain style is pleasant and the two rooms of which it is composed are well laid out and bright. Living area with double sofa bed, satellite TV, kitchen with table, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, hob and fridge.

Architecture
This two-room apartment is recommended for 3 people who want comfort and ample space to move around, but if necessary it can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to the sofa bed. It is very welcoming and comfortable for a pleasant holiday.
Particularities
The particularity of our "residences" is determined by the fact that they are very comfortable accommodations, equipped with an excellent heating system, recently renovated (nicely warm in winter) and excellent "ventilation" which allows them to be free from humidity, but at the same time being very cool environments in summer. The apartments are extensively covered in wood, such as parquet and some exposed beams, so as to give that feeling of enveloping warmth in the cold seasons and fresh and welcoming in the warm ones.
Position
This two-room apartment is located on the third floor of our residence and is accessible via the external stairs or with the building's elevator, which leaves from the parking lot, making it very convenient for getting to the floors. Furthermore, in almost all our accommodations there is a beautiful terrace, which makes the apartments bright and pleasant, sometimes essential for a nice "breath of air or sun".
