APARTMENT
This central three-room apartment is a comfortable centrally located apartment with 3 rooms, a bathroom and a terrace.
It is located on the second floor of the Residence Panorama on the left entering the private car park. This three-room apartment enjoys many services listed below. Just renovated, the apartment has a large kitchen/living room area in American style but with the warm mountain look of the area. Before the atrium there is a small "entrance" with clothes rack and hallway. Prominent element: 2 large sofas in warm blue velvet, one of which can be transformed (if needed) into a comfortable double bed with mattress and slats. Living area with satellite TV, kitchen with table, microwave, dishwasher, hob and a nice red fridge (with freezer compartment).

This three-room apartment is recommended for 5 people who want comfort and ample space to move around, but if necessary it can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to the sofa bed. Possibility of having double beds in both bedrooms or all single beds. Like our accommodations, this three-room apartment also offers a pleasant and characteristic appearance, typical of mountain accommodation.
Particularities
The particularity of our "residences" is determined by the fact that they are very comfortable accommodations, equipped with an excellent heating system, recently renovated (nicely warm in winter) and excellent "ventilation" which allows them to be free from humidity, but at the same time being very cool environments in summer. The apartments are extensively covered in wood, such as parquet and some exposed beams, so as to give that feeling of enveloping warmth in the cold seasons and fresh and welcoming in the warm ones.
Position
The central three-room apartment is located on the second floor of our residence and is accessible via the external stairs or with the structure's elevator, which leaves from the parking lot, making it very convenient for getting to the floors. A peculiarity of this accommodation is that each room can access the beautiful terrace via French windows, therefore making it very bright and pleasant from a landscape perspective. From the long terrace of this apartment, you can enjoy an excellent view of the town and towards Monte Civetta.
