APARTAMENT
This two-room apartment is made up of 2 rooms, a bed room and a room with kitchen and living room, plus a terrace.
It is located on the third floor of the Residence Panorama on the left side as you enter the private car park. The accommodation has some attic parts, typical of mountain houses. It accommodates 3 beds plus 2 on a double sofa bed. From the living room you can access the terrace overlooking Mount Pelmo (splendid view). There is no shortage of many amenities available including a table with workstation in the room. Recently restored, the apartment is welcoming and pleasant with rooms characteristic for their architecture. Living area with satellite TV, sofa bed, kitchen with table, microwave, dishwasher, hob and fridge.

Architecture
This two-room apartment is recommended for 3 people who want comfort and ample space to move around, but if necessary it can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to the sofa bed. It is very welcoming and comfortable for a pleasant holiday.
Particularities
The particularity of our "residences" is determined by the fact that they are very comfortable accommodations, equipped with an excellent heating system, recently renovated (nicely warm in winter) and excellent "ventilation" which allows them to be free of humidity, but at the same time being very cool environments in summer. The apartments are extensively covered in wood, such as parquet and some exposed beams, so as to give that feeling of enveloping warmth in the cold seasons and fresh and welcoming in the warm ones.
Position
This two-room apartment is located on the third floor of our residence and is accessible via the external stairs or with the building's elevator, which leaves from the parking lot, making it very convenient for getting to the floors. Furthermore, in almost all our accommodations there is a beautiful terrace, which makes the apartments bright and pleasant, sometimes essential for a nice "breath of air or sun".
